Is issuing up to $65,000,000 on a Debt Indenture to Northwest Advanced Bio-Fuels, LLC (Borrower). The bridge loan is for the completion of the Northwest Advanced Bio-Fuels, LLC (“Borrower”) FEL2 and FEL3 , which include, leasing the land, purchasing equipment, securing construction contracts and permits for the development of a 60 million gallon per year (“MGPY”) commercial scale, woody biomass to SAF facility. The construction will be completed with the commitment from Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners currently for $600M and from the construction debt sources currently identified by Morgan Stanley for over $1 Billion dollars.
